The property manager for Pennyblossom Properties, LLC will be available to the phone M-F 10am CST to 4pm. If we aren't able to answer when your call during business hours, you may expect to receive a response to your message within 2 hours. After hours calls/texts returned within 24 hours.
Holiday hours may interrupt normal business hours expectation.
In the event that you reach our voice mail box, (either during business hours or after hours), always leave a message with details regarding your concern or issue. Texts are more likely to be seen during our off hours, so, in the event of an emergency, please consider texting a message as well. Every attempt will be made to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
