Before choosing to lease with us, please make sure you agree with the following house rules.
Rules to Lease our Properties:
- All our properties are no smoking properties.
- Tenant is responsible for keeping the property in good repair, except those things
that are noted as the Property Management's responsibility in the Lease.
- No use of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use.
- No pets, unless properly included on lease. If you have a permitted animal,
and have paid the fee and additional security deposit, you must keep pet waste
scooped up and out of the yards no less than weekly. Excessive barking or other
disruptive behavior must be managed.
- Tenant may not sublet the property under any circumstances, (No Air B&B or other such arrangements.)
- Tenant(s) and guests must observe noise guidelines per the Lease.
- No guests may be allowed to stay for longer than two weeks.
- Tenant(s) must allow access to the property by the Property Manager
at regular intervals and as permitted by the lease, and must cooperate
with workers servicing the house.
- Tenant(s) must carry liability insurance (and dog-bite insurance if a
dog is permitted to live on the property) and to provide proof of ongoing coverage.
- Tenant(s) may not park any vehicle on the lawn, and vehicles belonging to the tenant(s),
must be in drivable condition.
- Tenant may be required to maintain air conditioning and heating filtration systems,
including the purchase of filters if applicable.
- Tenant(s) are responsible for lawn care. Landscape must be properly
watered and maintained at all times, watering must happen regularly both for foundation
maintenance and to keep your residential landscaping attractive. If you aren't
interested in landscape tasks, you may contract with a landscape crew of your choosing.
All crews must be specifically asked to manage weeds.
